A shopping mall concept proposed for our client to be located in Yate city (Bristol) to provide a total build up area of 32,000m2 of retail and leisure to the city.

It works as central shopping spot linking the city to its countryside and opening each of them towards the other.

The proposal consists of 24,000m2 of retail stores, 4,000m2 of restaurants in addition to 4,000m2 cinema complex. These activities were distributed across three floors raised above a platform covering a surface car parking. MEP and other services are located in basement level underneath the building.
