30-Story Hotel Tower with Serviced Apartments. Project is Located at Al-Mankhool Area in Dubai Dira.

We developed a concept design, the form splits into two branches to reflect the two programme components: Hotel Rooms and Serviced Apartments.
The lower part of the tower accommodates public and banqueting activities as well as public and VIP reception. Parking spaces are located in basement floors.
